Our outreach, prevention and education services include providing patients with access to support groups, peer-to-peer counseling and HIV counseling for prevention. We also offer education programs for HIV/AIDS providers, including lectures and special programs.
Our social services that are part of our Special Services Medical Program include medication assistance, registered dietitian services, gas vouchers for HIV-related visits and medical and non-medical case management.
At ARcare, we provide case management services at our medical facilities. These include program intake for parts B, C and D, dietitian counseling, needs assessments, care plans, medical case management, co-pay assistance, food voucher assistance and referrals for housing opportunities for those with AIDS/HIV. Our services also include applications for the AIDS Drug Assistance Program and medical transportation voucher assistance.
