PINE BLUFF, ARK. (February 18, 2026) — Arcare celebrated the opening of its newest clinic in Pine Bluff with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on February 18, 2026, marking an important step in expanding access to affordable, high-quality healthcare in Watson Chapel and surrounding communities.

Located at 4747 Dusty Lake Drive, Suite G1, the Watson Chapel clinic will provide primary care and behavioral health services, further strengthening Arcare’s mission to deliver comprehensive care and improve health outcomes across Arkansas and beyond.

“We’re excited to expand Arcare’s footprint into the Watson Chapel community,” said Melisa Robertson, Arcare VP of Operations for Southern Arkansas. “We believe healthcare should be accessible to everyone, and bringing services to Watson Chapel is another step in promoting health equality and ensuring more families have convenient access to the care they deserve. We’re looking forward to growing alongside this community and being a trusted healthcare partner for years to come.”

The clinic is located within the Watson Chapel Health Complex and will be open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. As with all Arcare clinics, patients can be seen for care regardless of insurance or the ability to pay, making care accessible and convenient. Angela Metcalf, who serves as the clinic provider, brings a deep understanding of family health care and a strong commitment to serving the residents of Watson Chapel and the surrounding areas.

“Healthcare is about listening, understanding, and walking alongside patients in their journey to better health,” said Angela Metcalf, MSN, RN, FNP-C. “Arcare’s mission of Health for All is also my mission, and I’m honored to be part of a team that makes quality healthcare accessible to every patient. I can’t wait to build relationships with the Watson Chapel community and care for patients through every stage of life.”

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by the Pine Bluff Chamber of Commerce, clinic staff, Arcare leadership, and community members. The event included refreshments, clinic staff introductions, a tour of the facility, and remarks from Arcare leadership, celebrating the expansion of care to Watson Chapel.

Residents will also have access to Arcare’s nearby locations, including the primary care clinic and pharmacy in White Hall, ensuring seamless, coordinated care throughout the region.
