Workplace Wellness is offered to businesses and corporations in providing a comprehensive coordination of care for the employees and their families to improve the overall health of their workforce. Our goals are to improve overall health, decrease absenteeism, and lower the employer’s health-spend through an engaged, white glove approach.
As an example, we place a registered nurse at the worksite, who in turn provides any service that employees or their families require, such as physicals, preventive visits, assistance with medicines, or minor acute illnesses.
The RN will be on-site as needed and reports to the primary care physician, handling any needs possible without the employee or family member having to be absent from work to visit a clinic.
