Arcare Brand Transition – Patient FAQ

As part of our continued growth and commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care across multiple states, we’re updating our logo and uniting all of our locations under one name: Arcare. If you know us as MississippiCare, rest assured that your clinic has always been part of the Arcare network; we simply used a different name in your state.

Q: Why is the name/logo changing?
As we grow into more communities, we want our patients to know they’re part of a trusted, unified healthcare network, no matter where they live. This update helps simplify and strengthen our identity across all locations, while keeping the same great care you’ve come to expect.

Q: Are you still the same clinic?
Yes! Your providers, clinic staff, and care team are not changing. This is not an ownership change; we are simply changing our name and logo. Your existing appointments, services, and the way we care for you will stay the same.

Q: When is this happening?
MississippiCare clinics will begin using the Arcare name and logo in mid-September 2025, aligning with the opening of our second Oxford clinic.

Q: Do I need to do anything?
No, there is no action needed on your part. You also will not be required to fill out new patient paperwork due to this change.

Q: Will my insurance or prescriptions be affected?
No, your insurance coverage, prescription services, and medical records will not be affected by this name change.
