Our residency preceptors embody Arcare’s mission of providing “Health for ALL.” They are dedicated clinicians, educators, and leaders who advance patient-centered pharmacy practice across Arcare’s Federally Qualified Health Centers. Through their mentorship, residents gain the skills to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care and improve health outcomes in underserved communities.

Brandy Gaines, PharmD, MBA (VP of Clinical Pharmacy Services)
Dr. Gaines serves as the Vice President of Clinical Pharmacy Services and oversees the strategic direction and growth of Arcare’s clinical pharmacy programs. Her interests include clinical program development, pharmacist workforce advancement, and quality improvement initiatives across Arcare’s health centers.
Sara Jones, PharmD, BCACP, TTS (Clinical Pharmacy Director)
Dr. Jones is the Clinical Pharmacy Director and a core preceptor for the ambulatory care and leadership and management learning experiences. Her practice focuses on chronic disease management, clinical service expansion, and pharmacist integration within primary care teams.
Gabriella Douglass, PharmD, BCACP, BC-ADM, AAHIVP (Residency Program Director)
Dr. Douglass serves as the Residency Program Director for both PGY1 and PGY2 programs and precepts in ambulatory care and HIV/HCV services. Her professional interests include endocrinology, HIV prevention and treatment, and pharmacist-led care models in FQHCs.
Kaira Cypert, PharmD (Clinical Pharmacist)
Dr. Cypert serves as a Clinical Pharmacist at Arcare, precepting residents in ambulatory care and primary care practice. Her professional interests include chronic disease management, infectious disease, and quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes in Federally Qualified Health Centers.
Rachel Coursey, PharmD (Clinical Pharmacist)
Dr. Coursey precepts in ambulatory care and family medicine, with clinical interests in diabetes management, hypertension, and women’s health. She enjoys mentoring residents in evidence-based pharmacotherapy and patient education.
Andrew Moore, PharmD (Pharmacist in Charge)
Dr. Moore precepts residents in community-based practice and patient-centered dispensing. His professional interests include medication therapy management, workflow optimization, and expanding pharmacist involvement in quality and safety initiatives.
Liz Underwood, PharmD, BCPS (Clinical Pharmacist)
Dr. Underwood precepts in ambulatory care and chronic disease management and serves as a clinical pharmacist in Arcare’s Hepatitis C subspecialty program. Her professional interests include infectious disease, medication optimization, and interprofessional collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
Courtney Selby, PharmD, BCACP (Clinical Pharmacist)
Dr. Selby serves as an academic affiliate preceptor and Associate Professor at Harding University College of Pharmacy. Her interests include pharmacy education, chronic disease management, and mentorship of student pharmacists and residents.
