At ARcare, we’re dedicated to ensuring that patients are able to get quality family medical care in Arkansas, including rural areas. To make sure this happens, we’ve recently redesigned our website to make it easier to use and find the information you’re looking for. These are some of the important changes we’ve made to our website.
User-Friendly Design
Our new ARcare website includes a design that’s more intuitive to use. When you need to find information on our services, request an appointment or learn more about our providers, you’ll find that you can easily access it. We made this improvement to ensure that you can get to the information you need without having to spend time navigating different menus or browsing different pages to find it.
New infographics
Our new website features infographics that provide you with a convenient way to learn more about ARcare and important health information.
- Our Story: Under our About Us section, you’ll find “Our Story”. This page includes an infographic that shows you how ARcare has expanded over the years, from our start as White River Rural Health in 1981 with 16 clinics to our present-day network of 41 primary ARcare clinics throughout the state.
- Heart Health: In various sections of the site, you can download our Heart Health Infographic. This infographic gives you a convenient way to learn more about how to keep your heart healthy to reduce your risk of heart disease. From healthy eating to managing stress, there are many steps you can take to protect your heart.
Improved appointment requests
At ARcare, we offer an easy way to schedule an appointment. You don’t have to wait on hold or wait to call during our regular office hours. Instead, you can click on the “Request an Appointment” box located in the top right corner of each page on our new website. Clicking this box takes you to an online form that you can fill out and submit for your appointment. We just ask you to provide your name, phone number and other basic information, let us know what kind of medical care you need and choose an appointment date and time. After submitting this, we’ll contact you to confirm your appointment.
Location finder map
With 41 primary clinics, four pharmacies and three wellness centers, it’s easy to find an ARcare location near you. Under our “Find a Location” section, use the map to find the closest clinic to your home. Selecting this clinic will show you its address and phone number.
New provider profiles
At ARcare, we have a team of highly qualified and skilled medical professionals who are ready to provide you with the care you need. You can learn more about each of them on the “Our Providers” page in our “About Us” section.
