Telehealth

ARcare now offers new in-home and in-clinic telehealth options to patients in the communities it serves, including a Virtual COVID-19 Self Triage Tool and an online Virtual Care portal for routine care and consults.

Telehealth Checklist

ARcare is happy to offer telehealth services. To connect to your provider for your telehealth visit, follow these simple steps or watch the video above for instructions.

Visit our Virtual Care Portal

If you have routine care needs or have questions about your medications, you can now schedule a telehealth appointment to speak with a provider.

We have 119 caregivers trained on our Virtual Care platform, including MD’s, DO’s, APRN’s, Dietitians, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, PA’s, Pharmacist’s, LPC’s, LPN’s, RN’s, and MA’s.

You can schedule an appointment by calling our Scheduling office at 800-407-1689 or by visiting our Virtual Care Portal. The process is simple:

The difference between in-home and in-clinic telehealth:

In the clinic, a nurse conducts the physical exam and transmits information to the provider at a remote site. In-home telehealth, consists of a face-to-face virtual consult with a provider without a nurse there to conduct an exam.

Experiencing Connectivity Problems?

Connectivity and poor cell signals in rural areas can make telehealth challenging,  please ensure you are in an area with wifi connectivity or a strong cell signal for a telehealth consult.

If you do not have access to connectivity, we can still provide care over the phone by calling (501) 295-7708.
